Hi! I’m SO glad you’re here!

I’m Makayla, a Pacific Northwest based and licensed esthetician with a passion for all things beauty. And I whole-heartedly believe that being a Bridal Hair and Makeup artist is the DREAM JOB! I truly appreciate the way makeup and hair styling can enhance natural beauty and I love nothing more than being apart of my clients big day! 

I’ve been lucky enough, in the span if my 7 year career, to learn and be trained by some of the top industry performers who have shared their wealth of knowledge with me, and am continuously honing and perfecting my craft. In the beauty industry, things are always changing and I work hard to stay up to date on all the latest styles, trends, products + more.  

I keep my kit stocked with a variety of high-quality, professional makeup and hair products and pride myself in the ability to complete any look on any age, skin-type, tone, and texture.

Some of my favorite brands are Charlotte Tilbury, Dior, Makeup by Mario, Makeup Atelier, Skindinavia, RCMA, Anastasia Beverly Hills, Osis, and Kenra. 

When I’m not the one behind the makeup and hair, you’ll typically find me with my wife (Basher) and our goldendoodle (Bernie)! We love taking weekend trips, thrift shopping, crafting, and spending a good movie-night in. I also consider myself a multi-faceted creative and lover of MANY things — Reading, sewing, crocheting, art in many forms - painting, journaling, design, photography. You name it! I also have quite the green thumb, and REALLY enjoy gardening and adding to my house plant collection. I’m also easily won over with a Starbucks cold brew and I’m a sucker for when the weather’s actually nice enough to walk my dog.
